How Tele Town Hall Works:
Our custom VoIP dialer delivers thousands of invitations at a time, automatically connecting live respondents; pre-recorded messages are left on answering machines. Our easy-to-use web based control interface allows the speaker to connect to our system from virtually anywhere - all you need is the Internet and phone.
Track the statistics of your event using our web-based management system - including who accepted your invitation and who’s in the question queue.
- Conduct polls & surveys
- Transfer to live operator during your event
- Transfer to voicemail during or after your event
- Inbound dial allows people to join your event should they miss the live invitation; market the toll-free inbound number on your website, via SMS or e-blast supporters
