What We Did: Data Connect was used to house and manage data records for a successful bi-partisan ballot initiative, with over 8 million voter records.
How We Did It: Campaign data was updated constantly with micro targeting voter universes, absentee requests/returns lists, issue support flags and returns from paid voter contact.
Data Connect was used to perform mail and phone selects for a voter contact plan which by the end of the campaign, generated over 40 million voter contact attempts and over 26 million verified connects.
The system tracked and allowed removal of individuals that had already voted from ongoing contact universes, providing the campaign with important savings on phone/mail data files during the last weeks.
Results: On Election Day, the ballot initiative passed with a comfortable margin.
