Product: Door-to-Door Walk Books
What We Did: FLS Connect’s Door-to-Door Walk Books were used to reach over 12 million voters during the 2008 election.
Walk Books were effectively used to ID voters, target early and absentee voters and get voters to the polls.
How We Did It: Targeted states and universes were identified early on which allowed us to plan accordingly. Lists were uploaded to an FTP site and orders were submitted online which included specific book instructions, template and campaign contact information.
Walk Book orders were generated and posted to the client FTP for easy-pick up and distributions to the field offices.
The data collected by volunteers was uploaded and appended to the voter file by using our barcode and bubbles can template.
Results: Between April and Election Day, well over 12 million voters were identified and sent to the polls.
