Furthermore, our primary interest at FLS Connect is to understand your campaign’s mission and objective and work closely to design efforts that meet your needs. Tony Feather, Partner
Tony Feather brings years of expertise in the field of campaign mechanics and voter contact strategies. He began his campaign career over 30 years ago and has since worked in the campaigns of many elected officials. He served as Political Director for the Bush/Cheney 2000 campaign and as Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party.

Tony was also appointed by former Republican National Committee Chairman Haley Barbour to be his Midwest Regional Coordinator, overseeing nine Midwestern states.

David James, Partner
David M. James has been a political operative in the Republican Party for nearly 20 years, holding professional positions with county, state and national committees.

Prior to joining FLS Connect in 2005, David served as Regional Political Director for the Republican National Committee (RNC) for the Mid Atlantic/Ohio region, Executive Director and Political Director of the Republican State Committee of Pennsylvania, Executive Director of the Republican Committee of Chester County and a consultant to many successful political campaigns.

David continues to lend his campaign management experience as a leading instructor of Republican campaign managers and political operatives.

Sheila Berkley, President of FLS Connect
Sheila is the founding employee of FLS Connect, whose political experience began in 1995 as a Project Manager helping implement small dollar telephone fundraising programs.  From there, she has developed, managed and executed programs generating over $100 million dollars for Republican candidates, committee, and conservative organizations.   Working with leaders from technology, strategy and business, Sheila and FLS championed the development of numerous innovations for political groups, including phone from home calling services, database management products and a mobile mapping program.  Under Sheila’s leadership, FLS Connect grew to over 75 full time employees, reshaping FLS to incorporate total solutions for our clients, while investing heavily in innovative products and services to help Republicans win.   Sheila worked with the 2008 Minneapolis Saint Paul Host Committee for the Republican National Convention, acts as a frequent instructor at Campaign Finance College for the Republican National Committee and has taught high school English. Sheila is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas.

Elizabeth Blosser, Product Development and Client Management
Elizabeth has been part of the team at FLS Connect for over 11 years.  When Elizabeth started with FLS Connect, she led operations for the company and has a working knowledge of what it takes to run successful phone programs.  Today, Elizabeth works with a wide-variety of clients; helping her clients design plans while utilizing the extensive range of tools FLS Connect offers in an effort to achieve the client’s goals and objectives. Prior to joining FLS Connect, Elizabeth managed grassroots and public relations campaigns on a variety of issues, worked on press relations, as well as immersing herself into message strategy and production of radio, TV and print ads.  Elizabeth has overseen major mail and phone programs for political and non-profit groups, managed field staff on nationwide issue campaigns, conducted organizational and membership development for grassroots groups and has been a part of many major donor fundraising efforts.  Additionally, Elizabeth has managed political campaigns on federal, state and local levels.

Tony Delgado, Voter Contact Account Manager
Tony is responsible for developing and executing advocacy, identification, and Get-Out-The-Vote programs primarily for clients in the Midwest, the West Coast and several national committees. Prior to joining FLS Connect, Tony served as the Iowa Political Director for the Rudy Giuliani Presidential Committee. Tony also worked for the 2004 Bush-Cheney Campaign and has held several positions at the Republican National Committee, where he was sent to multiple states to train political operatives and help run GOTV operations. Tony graduated from the University of Virginia.

Marc Ergang, Director of Fundraising Client Services
Marc has worked in the fundraising department at FLS for over 10 years, managing the fundraising accounts of our conservative clients nationwide, from congressional races to national committees. Before coming to FLS Connect, Marc worked at the Republican Party of Texas managing their direct response program.

Jody Halsey, Director of Technology
Prior to joining FLS Connect, Jody served as Director of Technology and IT Instructor for Fort Berthold Community College. Jody obtained Microsoft Certified System Engineer Credentials (MCSE) from Microsoft Corporation, is proficient in Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems and Windows applications including Office, Exchange, SQL and Visual Studio. Jody is also proficient in network security protocol and topology and has extensive knowledge in telecommunications and predictive dialers. Jody received his M.B.A. from the University of Mary and has served 8 years with the United States Air Force.

Paul Hattouni, Controller & CFO
Paul joined FLS Connect in 2006. Paul started out his career working for a regional CPA firm performing attestation and consulting work for clients in a diverse set of industries.  Paul previously worked within the Finance department at Walt Disney World for a number of years and after moving back to Minnesota, he assisted a number of clients with financial analysis, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Paul graduated from the University of St. Thomas.

KC Jones, Director of Sales and Political Accounts
Prior to joining FLS Connect, Jones served as Regional Political Director covering 7 states for the Rudy Giuliani Presidential Committee. In 2006, KC served as Campaign Manager for Coloradans for Rick O’Donnell, 7th Congressional campaign. Jones has executed statewide Get-Out-The-Vote programs in Texas, Virginia, Minnesota, and Iowa.  She has held multiple positions in the Political Department at the Republican National Committee, as well as The White House – Executive Office of the President. Notably, KC was also one of the first hires for both the 2000 and 2004 Bush Presidential Campaigns. KC is a graduate of the University of Texas. While at the University of Texas, Jones enrolled in Press vs. Politics, a course taught by Karl Rove. Rove also offered KC her first internship for Governor Bush’s 1998 re-election campaign.

Mike McGuire, FLS Director of Operations and Partner Relations
With over 14 years within the call center industry, Mike has served as a Call Center Director, Regional Operations Director, and Director of Operations within the fundraising, sales, collections and customer services industries. Mike is responsible for all accounts and served as the direct line of communication between the company and the clients. Mike has ensured the training of all our call center employees including the managers, lead Supervisors, supervisors, trainers, administrative assistants and representatives. Mike also provided on-going coaching, development, training and support to Directors, Managers, Sales Managers, Program Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Representatives through monitoring, coaching and counseling.

Molly Murphy, Sales Executive
Molly joined FLS Connect in 2005 and currently serves as Sales Executive. Prior to her move into our Sales Department, Molly managed the New Product Division, overseeing the day to day activity of Tele Town Hall, FLS Conferencing, and Door to Door Walk Books. Molly led the planning and development of Geo Connect, a door-to-door canvassing mobile application tool which was recognized as the Most Innovative Product of the Year in 2010 by Campaigns & Elections. During the 2004 election cycle, Molly served as Regional Field Director for Bush Cheney 2004 in Minnesota. Molly is a graduate of Saint Mary’s University and currently serves as a Member of their Alumni Board of Directors.

Tyler Nifong, Fundraising Account Executive
Tyler joined FLS in 2009 bringing a unique perspective as a former client turned employee. Tyler brings an extensive background in campaigns and politics having held a variety of roles on numerous national, state, and local races.  Prior to joining FLS, Tyler worked for the National Federation of Independent Business where he managed grassroots and communications efforts for small business owners across a six-state region. Previously, Tyler managed the grassroots operations for U.S. Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell and U.S. Senate Candidate Pete Coors. Tyler resides in Burnsville, Minnesota with his wife JoDee and daughter Jocelyn. Tyler is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jena Root, Voter Contact Account Manager
Jena works for clients based in the Midwest and Southeastern states. Beginning her career at FLS Connect as a Project Manager, Jena now assists campaigns, Official Members and national committees with various voter contact options including identifying and contacting voters, organizing GOTV efforts, and managing data lists. Jena also is a recent graduate of the RNC Campaign Management College. Jena is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas.

Mark Stephenson, Product Development & Innovation Manager
Mark currently manages all new product and innovation projects companywide.  He has been with FLS Connect for over 3 years and previously served as Associate for Strategic Development, which encompassed product sales, development and client relations for national, statewide and local clients.  Prior to FLS Connect and during the 2007 and 2008 election cycle, Mark served as the Strategic Contact Director for the Mitt Romney Presidential campaign in Boston, MA.  His work encompassed the development and deployment of all early-state voter contact mail and phone plans, as well as management of all campaign political and strategic data.  Mark also has experience with grassroots lobbying/consulting, having worked with Crosslink Strategy Group/Mercury Public Affairs.  Prior to that, he worked at the Republican National Committee in the Strategy department, working extensively with political and strategic data for targeted races throughout the country.  Mark is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Kari Stratton, Deputy Director of Fundraising Client Services
Kari has worked in the fundraising department at FLS for nearly 5 years managing the fundraising accounts of our conservative clients nationwide. In addition to assisting with the day to day management of the department, Kari has managed and executed over 800 fundraising programs for her clients. Kari is a graduate of St. Cloud University.

Justin Streiff, Fundraising Account Executive
Prior to joining FLS Connect, Justin served as Campaign Manager for Congressman John Kline’s (MN) re-election campaign and as a member of the Congressman’s district office staff.  In 2008, Streiff joined Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl’s (AZ) Washington office, working on a variety of issues including transportation, water rights, agriculture, environment and energy.  With involvement in both campaign and official offices, Justin has experience managing effective GOTV programs and campaign budgets, as well as attending to the needs of an elected official’s constituents. Justin is a graduate of the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

Julie Treadman, Senior Political Account Executive
Prior to joining FLS Connect in 2006, Julie served as a Schedule C political appointee at the US Department of Commerce in the US & Foreign Commercial Services.  During the 2004 election cycle, Julie served as Regional Political Coordinator for the Upper Midwest.  She has held a variety of positions at the Republican National Committee in Grassroots Development, Co-Chair’s Office, and Research.  Julie is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University.
