Tony Feather, Partner
Tony Feather brings years of expertise in the field of campaign mechanics and voter contact strategies. He began his campaign career over 30 years ago and has since worked in the campaigns of many elected officials. He served as Political Director for the Bush/Cheney 2000 campaign and as Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party.
Tony was also appointed by former Republican National Committee Chairman Haley Barbour to be his Midwest Regional Coordinator, overseeing nine Midwestern states.
Rich Beeson, Partner
Rich Beeson has been involved in local, national and international conservative politics since 1989. Prior to his tenure at FLS Connect, he served as National Political Director for Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign, as National Political Director for the Republican National Committee during the 2008 cycle and has been involved in a number of Congressional, Gubernatorial, and Senatorial campaigns around the country.
In 2008, as the RNC Political Director, Beeson oversaw the RNC’s national grassroots effort as well as the voter turnout and paid voter contact mail and phones program, where his program produced historic increases in voter contact counts and political data collected. During the 2006 cycle, Rich was instrumental in developing a voter contact and mobilization plan for the center-right Fidesz Party in Hungary. These efforts produced a turnout organization that is widely respected and replicated across Eastern Europe.
Most recently, Rich served as the Deputy Campaign Manager for Marco Rubio’s 2016 Presidential Campaign.
Rich has been a part of the RNC’s political leadership team for all but one election cycle since 1998.
David James, Partner
David historically has taken a lead with the development of many new cutting-edge products that have helped the Republican Party and its candidates win from courthouse to Congress.
For nearly 25 years, David has held positions at every level of the Republican Party. He has served as a strategic consultant to the Republican National Committee (RNC), as a Regional Political Director for the RNC handling the Mid Atlantic and Ohio region from 2001 to 2005, as the Executive Director and Political Director of the Republican State Committee of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001, as the Executive Director of the Republican Committee of Chester County and as a consultant to many successful political campaigns. He served as a Senior Advisor to Governor Mitt Romney’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns for President and as Political Director for Jeb Bush’s 2016 Presidential campaign.
David continues to lend his campaign experience as an instructor of Republican campaign managers and political operatives. He has been the lead advisor for the RNC’s Campaign Management College since 2007 training hundreds of the Party's finest campaign operatives.
David and his wife Mindy live in West Chester, PA with their three children.
Sheila Berkley, Partner
Sheila Berkley is a founding employee and now Partner at FLS Connect. She has developed, managed, overseen and executed programs generating over $300 million dollars for Republican candidates, committee and conservative organizations. Sheila has honed her expertise in grassroots and coalition building as well, overseeing telephone voter contact programs since 2002.
Working with leaders from technology, strategy and business, Sheila and FLS championed the development of numerous innovations for political groups, including phone from home calling services, database management products, and a mobile mapping program. Sheila has also worked with the 2008 Minneapolis Saint Paul Host Committee for the Republican National Convention during the Site Selection and beginning stages of the Host Committee. Sheila is a frequent instructor at Campaign Finance College for the Republican National Committee.
A 1994 graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Sheila and her husband, Keith, have been married for sixteen years and live in Hudson, WI with their three children.
KC Jones, Director of Sales & Political Accounts
KC joined FLS in 2010 and currently manages the Sales team and Political Department. Prior to joining FLS Connect, in 2008 KC served as Political Director for Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison’s Gubernatorial campaign, Texas Victory and was a RPD covering the central U.S. for the Rudy Giuliani Presidential Committee. In 2006, KC served as Campaign Manager for Coloradans for Rick O’Donnell’s 7th Congressional campaign. She has held multiple positions in the Political Department at the RNC, as well as The White House – Executive Office of the President. Notably, KC was also one of the first hires for both the 2000 and 2004 Bush Presidential Campaigns. KC has executed statewide GOTV programs in Texas, Virginia, Minnesota and Iowa and is a graduate of the University of Texas during which she was a pupil under Karl Rove where subsequently she landed her first political internship for Governor Bush’s 1998 re-election campaign. KC is married to Neal Dennehy and have a son, Dunagan Michael who turned 3 in December, and a daughter Harper Claire who will celebrate her first birthday in March.
John Gibson, Vice President of Sales
John joined FLS Connect as a Vice President in January of 2015 and will work with FLS clients to help their campaigns win elections John has extensive experience working and managing campaigns of all levels. Prior to FLS, John founded Field Vision, a political and grassroots advocacy management firm. In 2012, John served as Pennsylvania State Manager for the Romney for President Campaign, where he oversaw all aspects of the campaign including day-to-day operations, communications, field operations and the hiring and management of all staff. Further past positions include Regional Political Director for the RNC on two occasions and Executive Director for the Maryland Republican Party as well as campaign manager positions for numerous campaigns in the Northeast and Virginia. John is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, and lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons.
Jory DeLoach, Political Account Executive
Jory joined FLS Connect in 2015. Prior to joining FLS, he served as Special Projects Director for Congressman Sean Duffy in Wisconsin’s 7th Congressional District. Jory began his political career as an intern on Governor Tommy Thompson’s 2012 Senatorial campaign, eventually becoming the campaign’s Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Field Director. In 2014, he served as Campaign Manager for Congressman Duffy’s successful re-election campaign. He has assisted with political operations on a number of campaigns throughout Wisconsin, and has experience working with candidates on local, state and federal levels. Jory attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has two daughters with his wife Micaela.
Elizabeth Blosser, Director of Corporate Accounts/Issues Management Division
Elizabeth has been part of the team at FLS Connect for over 15 years. When Elizabeth started with FLS Connect, she led operations for the company and has a working knowledge of what it takes to run successful phone programs. Today, Elizabeth works with a wide-variety of clients; helping her clients design plans while utilizing the extensive range of tools FLS Connect offers in an effort to achieve the client’s goals and objectives. Prior to joining FLS Connect, Elizabeth managed grassroots and public relations campaigns on a variety of issues, worked on press relations, as well as immersing herself into message strategy and production of radio, TV and print ads. Elizabeth has overseen major mail and phone programs for political and non-profit groups, managed field staff on nationwide issue campaigns, conducted organizational and membership development for grassroots groups and has been a part of many major donor fundraising efforts. Additionally, Elizabeth has managed political campaigns on federal, state and local levels.
Robyn Just, Senior Account Executive, Corporate/Issues Management Division
Robyn joined FLS Connect in 2000 and has been a member of the FLS Team through several Presidential & Congressional Election cycles. She currently serves as a Senior Account Executive in our Corporate/Issues Management Division where we assist businesses, trade associations, third party associations and PACs with Legislative and Political programs. Robyn also provides Voice Talent services for FLS clients. Robyn’s professional background and experience is an asset to our clients and includes serving on Capitol Hill, a Governor, as well as professional experience internationally in Europe and Australia. Robyn is a graduate of the University of South Dakota.
Christopher Moland, Account Executive, Corporate/Issues Management Division
Chris first started his tenure for FLS during the 2004 election cycle, where he was in charge of managing the NRA election efforts as well as 2006, 2008, 2010, and 2014. In 2004, Chris guided the Twins Baseball stadium through the State Legislature and Hennepin County Board. Chris has been involved in politics since founding a College Republican chapter his sophomore year of college. A year later he led a collation of Republicans to capture complete control of the Student Government. He has also served on a Congressional Campaign and as a Field Director for American’s for Prosperity. Passionate about understanding political philosophy, history, elections, and tactics, Chris combines these insights to provide his clients a unique prospective on the political process. Chris attended the University of Northern Colorado, where he received degrees in Political Science and Economics, and lettered in Track and Field. Currently, Chris resides in the Twin Cities region with wife Katie.
Nick Calderon, Account Executive, Corporate/Issues Management Division
Nick joined FLS Connect in 2015. Before joining FLS, he served as a Project Manager at DCI Group, a top public affairs consulting firm that specializes in grassroots engagement. Nick began his political career as an intern on Representative Susan Brooks’ 2012 Congressional campaign, eventually going on to work for the Congresswoman again the following summer in the U.S. House of Representatives. During the 2014 election cycle, he served as a Project Manager at Majority Strategies, where he managed hundreds of direct mail projects for various campaigns across the country at the local, state, and federal level. Nick is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH.
Marc Ergang, Director of Fundraising Client Services
Marc has worked in the fundraising department at FLS for over 10 years, managing the fundraising accounts of our conservative clients nationwide, from congressional races to national committees. Before coming to FLS Connect, Marc worked at the Republican Party of Texas managing their direct response program.
Kari Stratton, Deputy Director of Fundraising Client Services
Kari has worked in the fundraising department at FLS for over nine years managing the fundraising accounts of our conservative clients nationwide. In addition to managing the account executive team, Kari has managed and executed hundreds of fundraising programs for our clients. Kari volunteered at the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, MN in 2008, the Republican National Convention in Tampa, FL in 2012 and the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, OH in 2016. Kari has also taught at the Campaign Finance College for the Republican National Committee. Kari is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, where she received her degree in Political Science. Kari lives in Saint Paul with her husband Jon and their golden retriever, Harper.
Charles Nejedly, Fundraising Account Executive
Before joining FLS in 2013, Charlie helped execute direct mail and phone voter contact for the Romney for President campaign. This role allowed Charlie to work with FLS on a daily basis, giving him a firsthand understanding of the needs and expectations of their clients. In 2010, Charlie began working for Mitt Romney as an intern with his Free & Strong America PAC. Charlie was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
Travis Jenkins, Fundraising Account Executive
Travis has been with FLS for nearly 10 years. Before becoming an Account Executive, Travis was one of our best telemarketing representatives, giving him first-hand experience of what it takes to make a fundraising program successful. Too, Travis managed multiple teams that assist with our GOTV operations, completed face-to-face ballot petitioning during the 2010 elections for Senator Dan Coats in Indiana as well as managing and training a team of agents dedicated to our cause. Now, having already managed hundreds of Fundraising programs, Travis manages multiple Fundraising accounts for our conservative clients nationwide, from congressional to national committees.
Joey Faul, Fundraising Project Manager
In December of 2014, Joey began working at FLS as a Project Manager for the Fundraising Department. Along with supporting all account executive staff and day-to-day functions of the department, Joey manages a number of our fundraising clients directly. Prior to Fundraising, Joey worked with the Voter Contact Department at FLS as a Project Manager. Joey's talents were honed as he worked as a Field Manager for the Michigan Republican Party during the 2014 elections which allowed Joey to work with GOTV and voter contact programs throughout the Detroit area. Joey was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado and is a 2014 graduate of Winona State University.
Jay Kujak, Director of IT
Jay has been a highly valued employee at FLS since the beginning. Originally, serving as an IT Specialist, he now holds the position of IT Director. Through Jay’s help his team has solidified the management of our call centers, enhanced our BI operations, implemented our cloud infrastructure, database warehousing, enacted network infrastructure and provided overall design and deployment of some of our best services we offer. Jay has a valued team of a dozen individuals constantly innovating and re-assessing our products to enhance competitive standing within the industry. Jay is a 1999 graduate from Winona State University.
Peter Kunick, Director of Business Intelligence
In his role, Peter works across the enterprise to collect, analyze and disseminate information to assist in making fact based decisions for our clients. The root of making these decisions lies in the use of data. Throughout his career Peter has been early adopter of advanced analytical techniques and focused on shared measurements. As data science has evolved, he has identified and integrated the most promising innovations early in their life cycles and many times, first in the conservative domain.
Peter has been working in the political realm since high school. He first began working for his local Democratic Congressman after stopping by his Capitol Hill office and asking for an internship. Peter soon went to his conservative roots of Republican politics where he assisted a Republican candidate for U.S. Senate and soon thereafter for Governor Tommy Thompson of Wisconsin. There, he worked both in his official office and campaign during college. Following his tenure with Governor Thompson, Peter worked in a variety of roles where he developed deep domain knowledge of political contact and grassroots fundraising across multiple channels. No matter the role or location, he has always advocated for rigorous use of analytics to advance the interest of the client. As new platforms, types of data and analytical techniques emerge, Peter is excited to be working with the respected and experienced team at FLS to develop and apply these concepts on behalf of our clients.
Peter is a proud Wisconsin native and along with his wonderful family, has diverse interests including tennis, architecture and cooking. Peter is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
Michael O., Developer
Michael joined FLS Connect in 2006. He has been creating software solutions for over 15 years. His expertise in database and application architecture has been instrumental to the success of Data Connect, Geo Connect and Volunteer Connect. Michael lives in the Twin Cities with his wife and two daughters and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
Sam Winter, Political Software Technician
Sam joined FLS in 2015 to manage our Help Desk operations and client support for our cloud products such as Geo Connect, Volunteer Connect and Data Connect but also assists our Director of IT in developing, coordinating, and leading quality assurance in implementing software related development for these same products. His tech skills include database management, targeting analytics, and technology integration. Prior to joining FLS, Sam was a Regional Victory Director for the NRSC where he integrated new digital tools and technology for the MNGOP’s 2014 efforts. Before that, Sam was McFadden for Senate’s Deputy Political and Targeting Director where he developed and maintained the campaign’s database infrastructure and supervised the completion of nearly 50k targeted contacts and their profiles. Sam is a graduate of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN where he received a degree in Mathematics.
