Jeff Larson
Jeff Larson has an extensive background in tele-fundraising and creating and implementing voter contact programs. Jeff has been a leader in the political tele-fundraising area for past 13 years. Prior to his start in the tele-fundraising area he worked as a Regional Political Director for the George Bush Presidential campaign and prior to that was a Regional Political Director for the Republican National Committee, working in 13 western states. In 2000 Jeff worked with the Bush for President Campaign and the RNC to coordinate and manage voter contact programs in the targeted Bush states. Prior to his work with the Bush campaign and the RNC Jeff served as an Executive Director for a State Party, was the Campaign Manager for an incumbent Governor and served as a Finance Director for a US Senate campaign

Tony Feather
Tony Feather brings expertise in the field of campaign mechanics and voter contact strategies to FLS Connect. Tony served as Political Director for Bush/Cheney 2000, is a key advisor to the Bush White House and is viewed as a top strategist. Tony began his campaign career over 25 years ago and has since worked in the campaigns of many elected officials. He has served as Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party, and was appointed by former Republican National Committee Chairman Haley Barbour to be his Midwest Regional Coordinator, overseeing nine Midwestern states. As the Midwest Coordinator, Tony was responsible for design and implementation of telephone and mail voter contact programs.

David M. James
David M. James is a partner at FLS Connect, and has been a political operative in the Republican Party since 1991 holding professional positions with county, state and national committees. Prior to joining FLS Connect in 2005, David served as Regional Political Director for the Republican National Committee (RNC) for the Mid Atlantic/Ohio region.

In 2004, David was a member of the team that built the campaign organization and managed the grassroots/voter contact program in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. The grassroots aspects of the campaign have publicly been credited for the Bush victory in Ohio and the improved performance in Pennsylvania.

Prior to his service with the RNC, David served as the Executive Director of the Republican State Committee of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2001. In addition, David served the Pennsylvania State Party as Political Director for two years. Prior to joining the State Committee, David served as Executive Director of the Republican Committee of Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Rich Beeson
Rich Beeson is currently a partner at FLS Connect, a premier Republican voter contact and fundraising firm with clients and experience in all 50 states and internationally. During the 2008 cycle, he was the Political Director of the Republican National Committee. Rich oversaw the RNC's national grassroots effort as well as the voter turnout and paid voter contact mail and phones program, producing historic increases in voter contact counts and political data collected.

Rich has a long history of working at the RNC, having been a part of its political leadership team for all but one election cycle since 1998.

Rich's first position within the RNC was in 1997 when he served as the political department's sole Regional Finance Director. In 1998, Rich became one of the Regional Political Directors, a position he held until 2005. During his tenure, he provided strategic and operational insights to campaigns and political entities ranging from local candidates to Presidential campaigns in 21 different states.

During the 2006 cycle, Rich was instrumental in developing a voter contact and mobilization plan for the center-right Fidesz Party in Hungary. These efforts produced a turnout organization that is widely respected and replicated across Eastern Europe.

Before joining the RNC in 1997, Rich was the National Field Director for "Americans Back in Charge" conducting issue advocacy campaigns in 17 Congressional Districts across the country. In addition, Rich has worked on a number of Congressional, Gubernatorial and US Senate campaigns in Colorado and around the country since 1989.

Rich and his wife, Isabella, have three children, Nick, Samuel and Olivia.
